During my stay at Aochalong Villa Resort & Spa, I particularly enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant. The Tom Yum soup was a standout dish, bursting with flavors and spices that left me craving for more. The spicy tuna salad was a good and inexpensive option that I highly recommend. Each morning, the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of both Thai and traditional dishes, including fresh fruit juices that were perfect to start the day. I found that the food and service kept me coming back for at least one meal a day at the hotel during our stay.

Relaxing Pool Experience

The resort features two amazing pools that provided a perfect getaway for relaxation. I particularly loved the pool that faces the ocean; it was stunning and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available. I spent many afternoons enjoying cocktails while lounging in this serene environment, which was peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Spacious and Comfortable Villa

My poolside villa was absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. It featured a large Eastern King Bed, a separate lounging area with a TV, and a spacious balcony with partial ocean views. I appreciated having a mini kitchen with a fridge and sink, which made it easy to relax and enjoy snacks or drinks. The well-designed layout of the villa made it feel like a true home away from home, and I loved returning to it after a day of activities.

Engaging Entertainment Options

I had a wonderful stay at Ao Chalong Villas. The location is peaceful and yet conveniently close to buzzing streets. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed. However, the check-in process was a bit slow due to the limited English skills of some staff. Overall, it was a great value for money with an excellent dining experience and a lovely pool area.

I had mixed feelings about this resort. While the pools were lovely and the restaurant staff, especially Steve, went above and beyond to help us, there were notable issues. Our airport transfer was forgotten, which was frustrating, and the beach area could definitely use some cleaning. Additionally, there were minor issues with the room service that could be improved upon, but overall, the stay was decent enough that I might consider returning, especially if I rent a car next time.
